tokewin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Users found to be ineligible will have their accounts deactivated, and any existing balance may be held pending further investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the tokewin platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your full name, phone number, email address, and any other identifying information you provide must match valid official documents. False or misleading information is grounds for permanent account suspension.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. tokewin will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have reported the misuse to us in writing.
4. Financial Transactions and Payments (IDR)
All financial transactions on the tokewin platform — both deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged to users, as our entire system operates exclusively in IDR.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank account or digital wallet information provided when making deposits or withdrawals. The name on the bank account or e-wallet must be identical to the name registered on the tokewin account. Failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user cannot be claimed as the platform's responsibility.
tokewin reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel any transaction suspected of being part of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or conduct that violates these terms. In such cases, the platform will notify the user and request additional documentation before processing the transaction further.
First-time withdrawals require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which includes confirmation of identity and ownership of the payment method. This verification process is designed to protect users from account misuse and to ensure the integrity of our payment system.
5. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
tokewin users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Actions that are strictly prohibited include:
- Using automated software, bots, or other manipulation tools to influence game outcomes or manipulate the betting system.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the tokewin system for unauthorized gain.
- Sharing an account with other users or transferring account ownership to a third party.

- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or investment decisions made by users on this platform.
All content available on the tokewin platform — including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, brand names, and software code — is the intellectual property of tokewin or its licensed partners working with us. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from tokewin.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on our platform do not imply that tokewin endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of those sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
7. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
tokewin reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if evidence is found of a violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are not entitled to claim compensation for any balance forfeited as part of an investigation.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request by contacting the tokewin support team via our official email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transaction obligations have been settled and there are no active disputes currently under resolution.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the tokewin platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through the appropriate legal channels.
